There are two parts to keeping track of your required trainings and documentation in Setworks: Tasks and Expiration Fields.
Tasks are the color-coded reminders that you see on your home page. Except for Tasks With Forms, the only thing you need to do with them is mark them complete after you've completed the training or submitted the documentation. You are NOT locked out by overdue tasks, but until you mark them complete they won't be reset for the next due date.
Expiration fields are found on your staff profile. The Expiration Date column is due date for that item. If it's not completed by that date, you're considered out of compliance and could be required to stop working until you've completed it.
This should be the same as the due date of the matching task, but they are not automatically linked together. If you notice that there's an error on one or the other date, please contact us.

Tasks in SETWorks are basically reminders. Among other things, we’re using them to help you remember your training expiration dates so you don’t get locked out.
You can see your most urgent tasks in the Tasks box on your home page.
If you click on a task, or the Tasks link in the menu at the top of the page, you will go to the My Tasks page.
On the tasks page, you can check the box for any tasks that you’ve done, which will mark them complete and send them to HR for verification. If you mark a task complete by accident, you can set Task Status to Complete, press Apply Filters to update the display, and unmark any that you want to undo.
REMEMBER: Tasks are only reminders. They do NOT affect whether you can complete your Activity Records; that is based only on the expiration date on your staff profile. To see your official expiration dates, click on the floating heads icon next to your name, at the top of the page.
Then scroll to the bottom of your profile to find trainings.
