See the document below for instructions on creating an account and enrolling in the training for the first time. Be sure to enroll in the "bundle" so that you get one certificate instead of 6 (but if you get all 6 we will accept those, too).
When you've completed the bundle, or each module if you enrolled separately, you will be asked to fill out an evaluation. Then you will be able to download your certificate(s). There are two versions of the certificate: one called a completion certificate and one called a CEU certificate (click the links to see what they look like). Either one is acceptable as long as it has your name and the date of completion on it. You can log back in to download these again within the next 150 days after completion. Note: Once in a while, the certificate that you save doesn't show the date of completion. If that happens, please download it again.
Submit your certificate(s) as a ticket in the Employee Portal, or send them to the training email. (This also creates a ticket that will show up under your email.)
