Open Future Learning (OFL) is a training platform for Direct Support Professionals and others who support people with disabilities. OFL provides a catalogue of excellent trainings they have created, and also allows organizations like us to put our own trainings on the site. Most of the online training you do for ASN will be through OFL.
Trainings found here include:
Annual Required Training
Blood Borne Pathogens
Human Rights Training
Incident Report Training
Introduction to Your Role / Introducción a tu función
Medication Management
For information on setting up your account, see the article "Register for Open Future Learning".
OFL has a video on How to Manage and Use Your Modules. Click on How It Works in the site menu if this link doesn't take you there.
Modules are made available based on your group (this is why we ask you to select "supported living" when creating your account). You do not necessarily have to take every module that you have access to. Please check your tasks and expirations in SetWorks to be sure what applies to you.
