When you need to retake a module, go to the My Completed Modules page. You will need to click the arrows to view modules by category.
If you think you might need your certificate or notes from the previous time you took it, download them before clicking Retake Module. Once you've reset it, the certificate can't be downloaded again even from the admin side.
When you choose to retake the module:
- It may return to Find New Learning Modules and you can enroll again
- You may be re-enrolled automatically, in which case the module will open from the beginning
Either way, you will continue through the process just like before.
