Retaking a Module

When you need to retake a module, go to the My Completed Modules page. You will need to click the arrows to view modules by category. If you think you might need your certificate or notes from the previous time you took it, download them before clicking Retake Module. Enroll in an Open Future Learning Module

To enroll in an Open Future Learning (OFL) module, start by clicking "Find New Learning Modules". You should see "Staff Learning Modules" at the top of the next page. Most of the modules you need are in this category, although some may be in "Mini Learning Modules" or "Side by Side Modules". Continuing a Module (Active Modules)

You don't have to finish a module all at once; you can leave and return as needed. The best way to ensure that your progress is saved is to use the Close Module button at the top right.
