How to Submit a Ticket

Anyone can submit a ticket to ASN. Tickets can be anything you need to communicate with ASN about. You can ask questions, send feedback, or submit information. You can also create an account to track your tickets, but it's not required.

You can submit training, insurance, forms, and other documentation as a ticket instead of sending it by email. It will end up in the same place as the email.

These instructions cover the Submit Ticket page, but if you use the chat button at the top left to contact us, you'll also be able to find the chat transcript in your tickets. It all goes to the same place!

  1. Click HERE to open the ticket page in a new window (so that you will still have these instructions available).
  2. Enter the ticket information (if you're logged in, Name and Email will be taken from your account info).
    1. Your Name. This can be first and last, or just first if you prefer.
    2. Your Email. We will use this address to follow up with you. Even if you don't have an account now, your ticket will be saved under the email and you can access it later.
    3. Your Phone number (not required).
    4. Fill in the CC email if you would like your ticket sent to another address outside of ASN; otherwise leave it blank.
  3. Enter the Message you want to send.
  4. Attach a file if you have something you would like to reference or share with the ticket submission.
  5. If you are not logged in, you may see a check box that says "This is a private computer, remember me." If you check the box, then even without an account, the form will remember the contact info you entered and fill it in for you again later. Only check this on a personal device.
  6. When everything's ready, click Send.
