How to View Your Tickets

Ticket(s) you have submitted through ASN's ticketing portal, or using the email(s) associated with your account, will be available for viewing under My Tickets on your Employee Support Portal. Follow these steps to view your ticket(s). (You must register for an Employee Support Portal account in order to see past tickets.)

 

  • Click My Tickets at the top of the screen. (If you haven't logged in yet, you will be prompted to log in to your account.)
  • From this screen, you can view Tickets you have submitted through the Employee Support Portal.
  • You can also view Tickets that have been created through conversations you have had using Live Chat.
  • Click the Ticket you would like to view.
  • Review the Ticket and any correspondence.
  • You can also filter Tickets by status.
  • Click All Tickets to view All Tickets you have submitted.
  • Click Open to view only Tickets that are Open.
  • Click Closed to view only Tickets that have been Closed.
