How to View Your Tickets

Ticket(s) you have submitted through ASN's ticketing portal, or using the email(s) associated with your account, will be available for viewing under My Tickets on your Employee Support Portal. Follow these steps to view your ticket(s). (You must register for an Employee Support Portal account in order to see past tickets.)

  • Click My Tickets at the top of the screen. (If you haven't logged in yet, you will be prompted to log in to your account.)
  • From this screen, you can view your Tickets. They can come from multiple sources:
    • "Submit ticket" on the  Employee Support Portal
    • A chat from any of our chat buttons, if you were logged in or entered an email associated with your account
    • Emails you've sent to one of our accounts connected to LiveAgent
  • Click any ticket to review the ticket and responses
  • You can also filter Tickets by status: All Tickets, Open, or Closed
