How do I submit mileage?
Submitting mileage correctly and on time ensures you’re reimbursed promptly for your travel. Do I need to send in my training certificates?
The trainings from Open Future Learning are automatically sent to your email (the one you log into OFL with) and to the ASN training email. You don't need to send them in yourself. If you're not receiving certificates in your email when you complete a training, check your spam folder. When will my expiration dates be updated?
We try to update all training and documentation promptly, in the order received. Usually this is within a few hours, but when there is high volume it might take a day or more. Anything submitted over the weekend may not be processed until Monday or Tuesday. Please give us two business days (that is, not counting weekends and holidays) before you re-submit something. Can I have more time to complete a training?
If you are unable to complete a training or other requirement due to a problem with the training itself or something on ASN's end, we will grant extensions as needed. Otherwise, please contact the [Personnel team](mailto:personnel@supports.org). The training department needs approval from them to grant an extension.
