When will my expiration dates be updated?

We try to update all training and documentation promptly, in the order received. Usually this is within a few hours, but when there is high volume it might take a day or more. Anything submitted over the weekend may not be processed until Monday or Tuesday. Please give us two business days (that is, not counting weekends and holidays) before you re-submit something.

Please submit items directly to Training or HR (via email or as a ticket on the Employee Portal) rather than to a manager, to avoid any additional delays.

Also, keep in mind that the reminders you see in Setworks are Tasks and you should mark them complete yourself once you've finished with them.
