All employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible to enroll on the first day of the month after a sixty (60) day waiting period.

How do I obtain employment verification?

Do I need to send in my training certificates?

The trainings from Open Future Learning are automatically sent to your email (the one you log into OFL with) and to the ASN training email. You don't need to send them in yourself. If you're not receiving certificates in your email when you complete a training, check your spam folder. When will my expiration dates be updated?

We try to update all training and documentation promptly, in the order received. Usually this is within a few hours, but when there is high volume it might take a day or more. Anything submitted over the weekend may not be processed until Monday or Tuesday. Please give us two business days (that is, not counting weekends and holidays) before you re-submit something. Can I have more time to complete a training?

If you are unable to complete a training or other requirement due to a problem with the training itself or something on ASN's end, we will grant extensions as needed. Otherwise, please contact the [Personnel team](mailto:personnel@supports.org). The training department needs approval from them to grant an extension. How do I submit mileage?

Please consult with your supports coordinators about the best way to report your mileage. You must report your mileage by the deadline for the month in which you drove the miles. Best practice is to submit mileage for a month as soon as the month is over, since it's paid out once a month. Deadline: Months that will be accepted until this date - October 31st: July, August, September - January 31st: October, November, December - April 30th: January, February, March - July 31st: April, May, June

When do I get paid for training or mileage?

Both of these things are paid on the 3rd Friday of the month following the month in which they were submitted/completed. If you complete 2 trainings and report 50 miles of travel in July, you will be paid for those things on the 3rd Friday of August.

How do I access my pay stubs?

Paystubs are found on [DATIS](https://ess.datis.com/e3/Home/LoginPage.aspx). You can configure DATIS to send them to your email address.

How do I reset my password?

Almost every website has a link or button to use if you forgot your password. Look for something in the login area that says something like "forgot password" or "reset password." It depends on the site, but usually you will need to provide the username and/or email on your account. You may also need to respond to a security question.
