THS: Choices - Driving Safely and Office Injury Prevention

After you log in, go to Courses and then to Favorites (if you used the link above, you may already be in Favorites). There are two parts to complete. The course names and numbers must match these exactly.
- Choices - Driving Safely (SKU 3191 or 3191-S)
- Office Injury Prevention (SKU 2640 or 2640-S)
Click on the one you want to take. Then, click Play Video or Juega Español to play the video in English or Spanish (whichever you prefer). Once you’ve finished the video, click on the button that says Take the Quiz. Complete the quiz and press Submit. You will be taken to a screen with your results.
IMPORTANT: You must get an 80% or better. This site will not tell you whether you passed or not; you have to confirm for yourself. If you need to retake the quiz, you can try to go back to it, or you can play the video again. When you have a passing score, enter your name and email in the boxes and press Submit. When you receive the email with your results, please forward it to the training email .
Job Coach Certification

This is a one-time certification that you should get if you are supporting someone while they are working or looking for a job. DSPs may be eligible for a raise when getting the certification, but only as approved by your supervisor and Vocational Services. Please consult with them before taking the course.
You will need to create an account. The training is self-directed and takes about 2 hours.
The assessment is 50 questions and you have two attempts to get 80% or above. Please take your time and refer to the PDF and Power Point as needed. If you run out of attempts, contact the training team.
You will receive your certificate in an email from Arkansas Rehabilitation Services . Because it's not automated, it will not come right away, but you will receive an automated message confirming that your test was submitted. Please wait for your certificate before turning it in to ASN. If you haven't received it within 5 business days, contact the training team for support.
You only need to take the certification once, but you must complete 12 hours of follow up training annually. 6 hours are covered by your required trainings for ASN; check with Vocational Services for employment-related training opportunities to complete the other 6.
