Arkansas Support Network encourages employees to fulfill their civic duties related to jury duty. If you are summoned for jury duty, notify your Supervisor as soon as possible to make scheduling arrangements.
If you are classified as exempt, you will not incur any deduction in pay for a partial week's absence due to jury duty. If you are classified as nonexempt, you will not be compensated for time spent on jury duty. You may opt to use PTO in place of unpaid leave if it is available to you.
The Company reserves the right to require employees to provide proof of jury duty service to the extent authorized by law.
The Company will not retaliate against employees who request or take leave in accordance with this policy.
