3.5 Conflicts of Interest

Arkansas Support Network seeks to negate actual or potential conflicts that could compromise supervision, safety, confidentiality, security, and morale at Arkansas Support Network. It is your obligation to inform the Company of any potential conflicts of interest so the Company can determine how best to respond to the particular situation. Some of the following may be considered conflicts of interest:

  • A second job or separate business that materially detracts from or interfere with your work schedule, job responsibilities, or ability to perform your role for ASN;
  • A second job or separate business that requires you to use confidential information learned while working for ASN; or
  • Having a significant financial or other personal interest in a company or organization that has some type of business relationship with ASN.
