Arkansas Support Network will provide eligible employees with up to 90 days of unpaid leave to serve as a bone marrow or organ donor. All employees in Arkansas are eligible for bone marrow or organ donation leave; however, if you are eligible for leave under the federal Family and Medical Leave Act, you may not take leave under this policy. To request leave under the policy, provide reasonable written notice of the need for leave to your Supervisor.
The Company will not retaliate against employees who request or take leave in accordance with this policy.
