If you need to request a password reset, you can do so below the username field. The reset link will be sent to the email address provided to E3.

Logging In
- Enter your username and the temporary password sent by E3.

- If the password is all numbers, after entering your username, click "Next."

- The following screen will prompt you to select “Already have a code?” 

- Enter the code received via email and hit "Submit." This will allow you to reset your password. 

- If your password contains numbers, letters, and asterisks, enter your username and the provided password. 

- Once logged in, you will be prompted to create a new password.

 

Keep the following important points in mind regarding password resets:

Timely Access Required: When you request a password reset, you must be ready to access your account immediately when the email is sent. The reset links are time-sensitive.

Requesting Additional Resets: If you are not available to complete the setup when the email arrives, you will need to request another password reset. Be aware that this may cause delays in accessing your account.

Avoid Timing Out: It is crucial to act promptly once you receive the reset email, as failing to do so may result in being timed out of the system.
